Line Dancing With Bobby

Bobby was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and grew up listening to Country & Western music.  In 1990 he moved to Toronto and attended his first country line dance lesson at Badlands Country Bar in 1991.  His passion for line dancing grew as he learned to execute the various sequence of steps involved with the numerous choreographies of dances whether it was a line, circle, contra style or typical "follow the leader" fashion.

Throughout the 90's he joined a competitive line dance team competing with other groups from Ottawa, Quebec & Ohio.  He also competed in East Coast Swing and Two Step with his regular dance partner.  His passion for line dancing led him to attend numerous hoedowns in Canada & USA as well as performing at various events & jamborees throughout Ontario, Quebec & Northeastern States.

The new millenium saw Bobby teaching at various private functions as he gained recognition as a competent line dance instructor in the GTA.  His popularity has led him to teaching at many line dance workshops demonstrating his unique style of teaching at annual events and fund raisers.  You can also find him with some members of his group in two music videos;  Our Lady Peace - Where Are You Now? and Coleman Hell - 2 Heads.

Bobby's passion for line dancing continues today as he leads his private class and has also been hired with the City of Toronto teaching line dancing at various GTA locations.  He inspires confidence in those with "two left feet" and is the principal line dance instructor for the Toronto Wranglers.
