5Step R out to R wihile you stretch your R arm forward with your hand palm down to the floor.
6Step L out to L wihile you stretch your L arm forward with your hand palm down to the floor.
7-8Bring your hands together in stretch position forwards, Flick R heel behind L weight onto L and puth your both thumps behind your both shoulders.
